I have to give credit where it is due that Doctor Rehal has been amazing on my recent visits to Audley Mills. My issue had got worse within the week and she acted so quickly on my follow up appointment and called the surgical team at Southend hospital, who saw me and I was out within the hour. I also booked my initial appointment the same day on the app, where as before I found it difficult to get an appointment. To add when the hospital told me, I needed a nurses appointment for the next day for the dressing I was thinking that won’t happen, but alas I am booked in for the morning, so I can’t fault the whole service from start to finish this time.

They never answer the phone. Yet when you go there the receptionist are just sitting there talking!!!!!! Very frustrating!!! When your wasting your day on hold and people don’t pick up!

Hire receptionist who do there job.

Absolute joke, receptionist was rude. Need my anti depression medication and was told there was no appointments it's 9 in the morning when asked for an emergency appointment they said ring back at 2. What a joke

Be nicer when answering the phone, give appointments to those who are of need of anti depression medication

Absolutely useless. I work full time therefore I cannot get to you in opening hours to make an appointment. When I call there is ALWAYS a que. I called on 3rd Oct to book an appointment. I'm told I've git to call on the day .I do call on the day and I never get through. Please tell me hiw I'm meant to make an appointment. Your practice has always been rubbish. However it now appears to be worse than ever. Sort out your system it is beyond a joke!
